Barbara is now based in Dublin, but over the past twenty years she has gained experience in several different research agencies in the UK and the US. In New York she worked for Directions for Decisions and GfK Custom Research, in London she worked for many years for Hall & Partners. When she returned to Ireland in 2001 Barbara was invited to work internationally with MasterCard setting up a Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Benchmarking program for credit card issuers.

Barbara is an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher and has undertaken projects for clients in package goods, e.g. Heinz, Unilever, P&G, Burger King, Pepsi, and Kraft;  financial  services, e.g. American Express, MasterCard, and Nationwide Building Society; and pharmaceuticals, e.g. Pfizer and Bayer. In Ireland Barbara has worked with An Post, Bord Bia, Organon, Pepsi, SuperValu, and the Open University among others.

Barbara is very keen on self-improvement. Her first degree is in marketing from the DIT College of Marketing and while in New York she completed a number of media courses at NYU. She speaks pretty good French, is learning to play le tennis, and recently finished a course in Sustainable Development with ECO-UNESCO.
