We are always very creative about how we design and conduct research and strategy projects because we believe that the best way to get to an original answer is to ask an original question. That’s why, as well as researchers and strategists, our partners and associates include designers and illustrators.
Our work is qualitatively-focussed, but we are happy to manage quantitative if called for, and of course with the advent of on-line methodologies the boundaries are beginning to blur anyway. You will find examples of different types of projects on the left, though by definition our projects tend not to fall into neat boxes.
Ask yourself three questions to see if we’re the right partners for the project you have in mind.
- Is it a brand related or communication issue?
- Is it a thorny problem that requires an imaginative and original solution?
- Does the project have a high profile in the business, with lots of stakeholders, possibly up to board level?

One final note, we’re based in the UK and Ireland, but many of our projects take us further afield. For example, in the last 12 months we’ve worked in Scandinavia, India, the US, Italy, Germany, Taiwan, and North Africa.
